Our Story

YGEN was founded in 2021, in the midst of the pandemic, when the world discovered (the hard way) that remote work without adequate systems is chaos.

We've seen companies struggling with endless spreadsheets, information lost in emails, and manual processes consuming precious hours.

We also saw that "ready-made" solutions on the market didn't work. Because every business is unique . Every process has its nuances. Every team has its own way of working.

That's when we realized:

We started small — two visionaries believing that it was possible to do tech consulting differently: more human, more customized, more agile.
